·         Scheduled appointments by phone and using Sona Systems participant management software with university students and older participants in the Exeter 10000 research partnership scheme, managing confidential data and liaising with relevant medical authorities.

·         Managed the study financial account and interacted with University treasury department where necessary

·         Provided basic training in operating the eye-tracker to a student intern
