Position description. The Department of Ornithology seeks to fill a Chapman Postdoctoral Fellowship in avian evolutionary genomics. The successful candidate will join an international team investigating the origin and assembly of the Amazonian biota, focusing primarily on avian diversification. Time will also be provided to pursue independent research.

Qualifications.

A Ph. D. in evolutionary biology, with demonstrated research experience in genomics, phylogeography, population history, and demographic analysis using stateof-the-art methods and tools.
